Grant Eligibility
To apply for the CBLC Christmas Voucher Scheme, you must meet the eligibility criteria below.
- You must live within the Parish of Chippenham
You must live at an address within the Chippenham Parish boundary (shown in black in this map).
Please note that having a Chippenham address does not automatically mean that you live within the Parish of Chippenham. The parish boundary covers Chippenham itself but does not include nearby areas and villages.
Please check your address is within the parish boundary lines before applying.

2. You must meet the income or benefits criteria
You must be receiving means-tested benefits and/or have a low income.
If you are receiving means-tested benefits. The following benefits count:
- Universal Credit
- Housing Benefit
- Pension Credit
PIP, DLA and AA are not means-tested benefits and do not count towards this part of the eligibility criteria.
If you are applying based on your income, the following thresholds apply:
Single person: Income below £16,000 per year
Couple/family: Income below £30,000 per year and savings under £5,000
