A significant portion of our Charity’s land remains submerged under floodwater. Our staff are still unable to safely access the affected areas, so we are not yet able to fully assess the situation.
For your safety, we ask that you please avoid Westmead Open Space, Mortimores Wood, Westmead Playing Field, Westmead Lane Car Park and Baydons Meadow until the water levels have fully subsided and we can properly evaluate the storm damage.

We will provide an update as soon as we are able to do so. Our thoughts are with all the residents, organisations, groups and businesses who have been impacted by the flooding.
As a grant funding organisation, we are committed to supporting the community and will be considering how we can best assist with repairs and recovery efforts in the aftermath of this flooding.
