Led by Chippenham Town Council, the event provided attendees with a festive afternoon tea, pottery painting of Christmas decorations, hot drinks, and entertainment from the Ivy Lane School choir. The initiative brings young and older members of the community together in a shared celebration of the Christmas season while combating loneliness and isolation among older residents.
