Applications for our 2025 Christmas Voucher Scheme are now closed.
We’ve had an overwhelming response to our Christmas Voucher Scheme. On the first day alone, applications totalled more than £31,000, and after just 5 days, demand has exceeded the £50,000 allocated for this funding programme. To ensure support is distributed fairly, we’re now reviewing the applications already received and will not be accepting any more.
We understand this will be disappointing, particularly to anyone who may only just have heard about the scheme. As a self-funded charity, we’ll make sure every pound of the fund reaches those who need it most.
All applications received before closure will now be assessed and applicants will be contacted by the end of November. You can find out about our Grants for Individuals programme, that runs throughout the year, on this website here: – https://cblc.org.uk/grants-for-individuals/.
