Grant
Reporting
Requirements
Understanding the impact of our grant funding is really important to us. Your feedback helps us see the real difference our grants make to individuals, families, and organisations across Chippenham. This information enables us to demonstrate how our funding is creating positive change in our community.
Grants For Organisations
Reporting is required for all organisation grants.
You’ll need to complete either a single final report (for events and one-off funding) or both interim and final reports (for multi-year funding up to 3 years).
You will receive an email from one of our Grant Managers with a link to complete an online form which will ask you to report about the Chippenham residents who have benefitted, whether you’ve achieved your planned outcomes and more.
Your responses will help us to understand the impact of our funding and be able communicate the positive outcomes to the community. Your experiences also help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve our grant making.
Grants For Individuals
For individuals, feedback is optional – but we really appreciate hearing from you. Your experiences and insights help us understand the impact our grants are having for Chippenham residents.
We keep our questions straightforward, asking how the grant has helped you and your family, whether you encountered any difficulties with the application process, how you found our service, and whether you have suggestions for improvements.
Whether your feedback is positive or highlights areas where we could do better, it all helps us provide better support for future applicants.
