Sadly we have another weekend of wet and windy weather ahead but fear not Fringe Feb is still on. Many of the Fringe Feb events are already indoors but where it has been possible outside events have been, or are in the process of being, moved inside to new venues. We will keep the below post updated as the necessary changes to venues are confirmed. We can’t change the weather forecast, but we can still bring a little sunshine to our town…
Changes for Friday 28/2
The Picture the Moon event will still be meeting at the Neeld Foyer at 19.00 but will move onto upstairs at Grounded Chippenham, 1 Bath Road.
Changes for Saturday 29/2
The Department of Complaints Tent by Curious Company will be at The Neeld meeting room from 12.30-15.00.
The Letter Writing – interactive performance activity by Call of the Page will be based at the Museum now from 12.30-15.30.
Folk Dancing with Hips and Hawes and Chippenham Morris dancers followed by Xpressions Street Dance will be at The Cause between 12.30-14.00.
The Twist in the Tale, interactive children’s storytelling performance by Knapsack Productions at 13.30 will now take place in Waterstones, 29 Borough Parade.
Tim Fosker, our Saxophone player from Musically Inspired will now be playing at the following inside locations: –
- 12.30-12.40 – Sally Beauty, Units 6 & 7 Hathaway Retail Park
- 12.45-13.15 – Cousin Normans, 24 New Road SN15 1HS. Cousin Norman’s will be doing a short “Sax & Snacks” event now – pop along to listen and have a treat.
- 1.30-14.00 – SK Fruits, 16 The Bridge
- 14.30-15.00 – The Yelde during the Vintage and Vinyl Exhibition
The piano which was going to be outside for anyone to play on is now located inside the entrance to the Hand of Glory antique store, 34 Market Place.
You will be able to go and listen to the many different buskers that were going to be outdoors in the town centre upstairs at Grounded Chippenham, 1 Bath Road…
